I accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard. If another method of payment is more to your convenience please feel free to contact me at email@example.com . I am flexible and always want to work with you. Checks are accepted and will have to clear prior to shipping. For international orders PayPal is required. All shipping within the US is sent first class mail with insurance and tracking. Orders get shipped 1-5 days of being placed. Once the order is shipped you will get an e-mail with a tracking #.
* INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International customers please note that you will be responsible for taxes, duties or custom charges that may be applied at point of entry; I am required by law to report content values accurately. Please do not confuse these pick up charges with shipping charges. Currently we are only shipping to these countries: U.S., CA., EU, Switzerland, and Australia. If your country is not listed please contact me because some countries do not allow jewelry to be shipped to them. I will gladly look into it to see what the regulations are.
If you see something you love but it is out of your price range I offer a layaway program. I require an initial deposit of half down and then payments of what can be done within an 12 month time frame. Once the piece is paid I will send it to you or it can be picked up at your earliest convenience.
PAST WORKS AND CUSTOM ORDERS:
If you like a piece in my past works gallery I can make another very similar. Turnaround time is 2-8 weeks. With handmade jewelry, each piece is made one at a time which means no two are exactly alike. Custom orders are always welcomed. They require a deposit of half down, which is not returnable. This first installment covers materials and design time of the piece. Once the project is complete, the balance remaining is due and the piece is shipped. I always take progress photos and e-mail them to the customer so the work stages can be seen. Prices for custom work vary by complexity of the design. Turnaround time may be 8-12 weeks because I participate in fine art festivals.
