You met my son Travis at a store recently and gave him your card. He told you I (his mom) make jewelry too. I am just starting out and I like working with wire and copper. I can not afford to do silver. Just finished up a BA in Liberal/Studio arts (mostly Metal smithing) I love your work and your web site. Very well designed. I was wondering if you ever go to the SNAG conferences they have once a year? Your enamel landscape would be a big hit up here in Montana. I was wondering where you find your vintage glass at?

Julie,

i stopped by your tent today, but they said you weren't feeling well. So sorry. Hope you are feeling better soon.

I've been looking at all the pieces shown in your website. There's so many beautiful ones! I think I would like to do a custom order for a pendant fashioned after the Sunflower I purchased last year (about that size and round) with a turtle/tortoise inspiration. Please let me know if you would be interested... you have my number and email.

Feel better soon!

Jeana

Hi Julie!

My son and I will arrive in Grand Junction on this coming Friday evening.

His girlfriend will be joining us for Saturday and Sunday, and then they are going off to where she lives in Telleride (don't know spelling)on Monday.

We are staying at the Hampton Inn on Main that you suggested.

I don't want to overload you with people, so I will leave it to you when we should meet up.

Personally, I would rather it just be you and I, as that feels right to me.

So from Monday afternoon through Thursday I am free, and have found some ways to ride and other things to do as well. But I want to hike with you, and so am keeping things open until I hear from you and what you feel most comfortable with.

I am staying at Hampton Inn for the week, and leaving for Phoenix on Friday.

I am really excited about meeting with you and planning my pendant, and just sharing time with a kindred spirit.

Elizabeth

You have some beautiful deigns. I love the colors and the whimsical, spiritual feel of your jewelry and paintings. There are a few pieces on my wish list. :)

elizabethenglish wrote on September 12,2009
Hi Julie! This is from Kenny White's sister Elizabeth. Your Aunt Suzie told you about me a few weeks ago, about my interest in Shamanism and that you were interested in what I was doing. I am also interested in your spiritual appraoch to art and so I think you would be the perfect artist to help me design and make my Shaman symbol in the form of a necklace pendant.

As I plan to be out west to visit my son in BOulder, in a week or so, and then about a week after that is a brothers new church dedication ( a big family event, whether or not you follow the same way of spirtual expression), I thought I might during the in between week come to Grand Junction and spend some time there on my own, and then go on to Phoenix from there.

If I do that plan, perhaps we can meet up and get to know each other a bit, and plan whatit is I am thinking about for my pendant.

My shaman name is Fire Cat Blue of the Blue Spectral Night.

Let me know your thoughts about this,if it resonates with you.

I am in Greensboro, NC 336 297 1659

Gra`, Elizabeth
